天宗穴病理“点”探析

摘　　要：目的:多角度分析天宗穴病理“点”意义,以期为临床相关疾患治疗提供有益参考,开拓视野。方法:本次研究采取文献回顾方法,将天宗穴的历史渊源及现代解剖做系统阐述,从多角度分析病理点的临床意义。结果:天宗穴病理“点”常常是疼痛点与颈肩疾患反应点、骨结核破坏点、针刺意外发生点、肌肉筋膜松解点和乳腺疾患治疗点。结论:应充分全面认识到腧穴所在的解剖基础,从现代解剖层次、肌肉相互关系等理解相关病理变化,以提高临床诊治的有效性与安全性。Objective To analyze the significance of pathological“points”of Tianzong acupoint from multiple perspectives,in order to provide useful reference for the treatment of clinical diseases and expand the vision.Methods This study adopted the method of literature review,systematically elaborated the historical origin and modern anatomy of Tianzong acupoint,and analyzed the clinical significance of pathological points from multiple perspectives.Results The pathological“points”of Tianzong point were often the reaction points of pain and neck and shoulder diseases,the damage points of bone tuberculosis,the accidental occurrence points of acupuncture,the release points of muscle fascia and the treatment points of breast diseases.Conclusion The anatomical basis of the acupoints should be fully and comprehensively recognized,and the relevant pathological changes should be understood from the modern anatomical level and the relationship between muscles,so as to improve the effectiveness and safety of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
