简析新安医学固本培元学术思想的形成及特色

摘　　要：新安医学作为独具特色的医学流派,在中医学历史长河中占有重要地位,固本培元是新安医学学术思想的重要分支。文章通过对新安医家的相关著作及文献进行检索及研读,对新安医学形成的历史背景及新安医学固本培元学术思想的渊源与特色进行梳理与总结。新安医学固本培元学术思想特色主要包括“博采众长,强调培补元气;脾肾同调,重视先后天之本;扶正祛邪,推崇温养气血”等方面,同时众多现代新安医家对此进行临床应用取得满意疗效,新安医学固本培元学术思想可广泛运用于治未病、养生防病以及治疗众多疑难疾病等多个重要领域。新安医学固本培元学术思想对丰富中医学理论体系及指导临床均有重要参考价值,值得进一步研究与挖掘。Xin an medicine,as a unique medical school,occupies an important position in the history of Chinese medicine.Strengthening the foundation and cultivating the foundation is an important branch of Xin an medical academic thought.Through searching and studying the relevant works and documents of Xin an physicians,this paper combs and summarizes the historical background of the formation of Xin an medicine and the origin and characteristics of the thought of consolidating the foundation and strengthening the foundation of Xin an medicine.The characteristics of the thought of strengthening the foundation and strengthening the vitality of Xin an medicine mainly include“learning from the strong points of others,emphasizing the cultivation of vital energy;the harmony of spleen and kidney,attaching importance to the foundation of heaven;strengthening the right and eliminating the evil,and advocating the warming and nourishing of qi and blood”.At the same time,many modern Xin an doctors have achieved satisfactory results in clinical application.The thought of strengthening the foundation and strengthening the vitality of Xin an medicine can be widely used in many important fields such as prevention of disease,health preservation and prevention of disease,and treatment of many difficult diseases.The academic thought of consolidating the foundation and cultivating the yuan of Xin an Medicine has important reference value for enriching the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and guiding clinical practice,and is worthy of further research and exploration.
