天然保润剂的开发及其在卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：以苹果、枸杞等天然植物为原料,通过调节pH、盐析、发酵等方式,开发一种天然保润剂RSBR-LW。通过热裂解的方式,分析300, 600和900℃下所开发保润剂的致香成分;以丙二醇为对照进行吸湿试验、保润性能试验、烟丝感官评吸试验和烟气分析试验,对所开发保润剂性能进行研究。结果表明,所开发的保润剂在高温下具有较高的致香成分总量和种类, RSBR-LW相比较丙二醇具有更高的保润性能,添加保润剂RSBR-LW卷烟的舒适性和余味明显改善,烟气中水分上升明显。A natural moistening agent RSBR-LW using apple and wolfberry as raw materials was developed by the method of adjusting pH,salting out,fermentation and so on.Through pyrolysis,the aroma components of the developed moistening agent were analyzed at 300,600 and 900℃.The properties of the moistening agent were studied by hygroscopicity test,moisture retention test,sensory evaluation test and flue gas analysis test with propylene glycol as control.The results showed that the developed moisturizers had higher total amount and variety of aroma components at high temperature,RSBR-LW had higher moisturizing properties than propylene glycol,the comfort and aftertaste of cigarettes with added RSBR-LW were improved obviously,and the moisture content in smoke increased significantly.
