摘　　要：考察玉米粉(渣)中伏马菌素快检产品的适用性和实际应用性。调研国内市售测定玉米粉(渣)中伏马菌素的10种胶体金定性快速检测产品,分析一般性指标差异。参照食品快速检测产品符合性评价技术要求制定评价方案,分析3种品牌快检产品的适用性,并对玉米粉(渣)盲样进行应用测定。测定玉米粉(渣)中伏马菌素的快检产品多数仅可测定伏马菌素B_(1),且产品检测限差别大,检测限范围为200~60000μg/kg,部分产品存在基本信息标示不全或提供耗材不充分的情况。可采用胶体金快检方法对玉米粉(渣)中伏马菌素进行初筛和日常监控,但伏马菌素快检产品质量参差不齐,应做好快检产品评价,谨慎选择合适的产品。Investigate the applicability and practical application of fumonisin fast detection products in corn flour(residue).Investigate 10 colloidal gold rapid detection products for fumonisin in corn flour(residue)sold in the domestic market,and analyze the difference of general indicators.According to the technical requirements for conformity evaluation of fast food testing products,an evaluation scheme is formulated,the applicability of three brands of fast food testing products was analyzed,and the blind samples of corn flour(residue)are tested.The results showed that most of the rapid detection products of fumonisin can only detect fumonisin B_(1),and the detection limits of the products vary greatly,ranging from 200 to 60000μg/kg.Some fast inspection products had issues with incomplete basic information or insufficient provision of consumables.Colloidal gold rapid detection method can be used for preliminary screening and daily monitoring of fumonisin in corn flour(residue),but the quality of fumonisin rapid detection products was uneven.Inspection agencies should conduct a good evaluation of rapid inspection products and carefully select suitable products.
