摘　　要：不典型失神属于全面非运动性癫痫发作,是发育性癫痫脑病的发作特征之一,好发于伴有认知及智力障碍的患者。相较于典型失神发作,不典型失神在发病机制、病因、电-临床特点、治疗、预后等方面都更为复杂。文中旨在总结不典型失神发作的临床特点及病因学研究进展,增加临床医生对其认识并提供基于病因的诊疗新思路。Atypical absences are generalized non-motor epileptic seizures which are one of the characteristics of developmental epileptic encephalopathy,and are typically affecting patients with cognitive and intellectual disabilities.Compared with typical absence seizures,the pathogenesis,etiology,electro-clinical characteristics,treatment,and prognosis of atypical absence seizures are more complex.This article aims to summarize the clinical characteristics and etiological research progress of atypical absence seizures,to increase clinicians'awareness of them and provide new ideas for etiology-based diagnosis and treatment.
