摘　　要：癫痫是一种常见的神经系统疾病,在不同程度上影响癫痫患者的生活质量。反复癫痫发作是否对患者视网膜存在影响,目前研究较少,循证医学证据不充分。近年来,对于癫痫患者视网膜病变的研究逐渐成为一个新的研究热点,本文就二者的关联性、病因、视网膜病理改变、治疗策略等这几个方面的研究进展相关进行综述。Epilepsy is a common disease of the central nervous system, which affects the quality of life of patients with epilepsy in varying degrees. At present, there are few studies on whether recurrent seizures affect the retina of patients, and the evidence of evidence-based medicine is insufficient. In recent years, the research on retinopathy in patients with epilepsy has gradually become a new research hotspot. This paper reviews the research progress in the correlation, etiology, retinal pathological changes, treatment strategies and so on.
