摘 要:文章主要从城市生命线工程风险识别、监测预警等问题出发,重点概述并提出了“城市天眼”、“城市脉搏”和“城市细胞”的多层次观测体系,及其在城市生命线工程安全领域的研究进展,并对典型城市生命线工程安全领域的燃气、供排水、道路、桥梁等风险场景,介绍了各领域的评估预警方法等最新研究进展。在已有研究的基础上,对国内城市生命线工程数字化系统进行了简要总结,对当前城市生命线工程安全的未来发展趋势和关键研究问题进行了总结与展望。本文旨在国内外城市生命线工程安全已有研究与应用基础上,结合当前前沿技术与工程建设现状提供相关的指导借鉴。This paper provides a systematic discussion from the perspective of urban lifeline engineering safety,focusing on summarizing the research progress of the multi⁃level perception system in the field of urban lifeline engineering.Starting from the identification of risks and hazards and safety monitoring and early warning issues,the authors propose a risk identification method named“Urban Sky Eye,”“Urban Pulse,”and“Urban Cell.”The risk scenarios of typical urban lifeline engineering safety domains such as gas,water supply and drainage,roads and bridges are studied,and the assessment methods in these areas are introduced.Based on existing research,this paper provides a brief summary of domestic urban lifeline engineering management systems,and the future development trends and key research topics regarding urban lifeline engineering safety are discussed.Considering current cutting⁃edge technologies and engineering construction status,the scope of this paper is to provide guidance and reference based on the research in urban lifeline engineering safety both domestically and internationally.
