摘 要:随着郑州城市规划布局的不断加快,对地下空间的开发力度也不断加大,地铁盾构隧道下穿管线不可避免,如何保证地铁隧道施工不影响管线的正常使用至关重要。针对郑州地铁某工程中盾构下穿某大直径污水管线引起地层扰动的问题,首先,基于MIDAS GTS NX有限元软件,结合荷载-结构法建立管线结构的三维力学数值模型,采用地层损失率的概念对区间内大直径污水管线变形特性进行计算分析;然后,结合目前规范规定及管线特性提出大直径污水管线变形的控制标准,依据控制标准提出风险控制等级;最后,通过有效的控制措施确保盾构安全下穿污水管线。该方法可为相似类型工程的变形特征分析和风险等级制定提供有益的参考和借鉴。With the continuous acceleration of Zhengzhou's urban planning and layout,the development of underground space is also increasing.It is inevitable that subway shield tunnel passes through pipeline.How to ensure that subway tunnel construction does not affect the normal use of pipeline is very important.Aiming at problem of stratum disturbance caused by shield tunneling through a large-diameter sewage pipeline in a Zhengzhou metro project,based on MIDAS GTS NX finite element software and combined with load-structure method,a three-dimensional mechanical numerical model of pipeline structure is established.The concept of stratum loss rate is used to calculate and analyze the deformation characteristics of large-diameter sewage pipeline in the section.Combined with the current specifications and pipeline characteristics,the control standard of large-diameter sewage pipeline deformation is proposed,and the risk control level is proposed according to control standard.Finally,effective control measures are taken to ensure that the shield can safely penetrate sewage pipeline.This method can provide useful reference for deformation characteristic analysis and risk classification of similarprojects.
