摘 要:课后体育服务是落实“双减”政策的关键工作,是全面提升学校体育工作质量、确保学生全面发展的关键环节。本研究运用文献研究法、逻辑分析法探究课后体育服务利益相关者之间的协同治理问题,在对课后体育服务中不同利益相关者进行辨析并厘清各主体角色定位的基础上,对不同利益相关者之间的利益冲突进行深入剖析。基于各方利益相关者的权责结构和互动关系设计出课后体育服务多元主体的协同治理框架,提出意识协同、制度协同、资源协同、信息协同的多元主体协同治理路径,为课后体育服务的高效施行提供保障。After school physical education services are a key part of the implementation of the"double reduction"policy and a key part of the overall improvement of the quality of school physical education work and the overall development of students.This study uses literature research and logical analysis to explore the collaborative governance among stakeholders of after-school sports service.On the basis of identifying different stakeholders in after-school sports service and clarifying the roles of each subject,the study analyzes the conflict of interests among different stakeholders,and designs a collaborative governance framework for multiple subjects of after-school sports service based on the power and responsibility structure and interaction of each stakeholder.Based on the power and responsibility structure and interaction among the stakeholders,we design a collaborative governance framework for after-school sports services,and propose a collaborative governance path for multiple stakeholders in terms of awareness,system,resources and information to ensure the efficient implementation of after-school sports services.
