摘  要:“育人”先“育德”,现阶段教育的重心由传统的重视知识传授而弱化德育教育向“立德与树人”并举转变,更加注重传授知识、塑造价值和培养能力的多元统一,从而实现为社会培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才,为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格建设者和可靠的接班人的教育目标。以有机化学课程中卤代烃的学习为例,从思政元素挖掘到融入教学,阐述了课程思政的实施路径。"Cultivating people"starts with"cultivating morality".At present,the focus of education has shifted from traditional emphasis on knowledge transmission weakening moral education,to a combination of"establishing morality and cultivating people".More emphasis is placed on the diverse unity of imparting knowledge,shaping values,and cultivating abilities,in order to achieve the educational goal of cultivating talents who develop morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically,cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Taking the study of halogenated hydrocarbons in Organic Chemistry as an example,this article elaborates on the implementation path of ideological and political elements in the curriculum from excavation to integration into teaching.
