摘　　要：随着高校文书档案信息资源的数量不断增加,如何有效地进行开发与利用已成为高校信息化建设中的重要课题。然而目前仍缺乏系统性的研究,该研究旨在针对此问题深入分析和解决。通过分析高校文书档案信息资源的现状,研究其开发与利用,以及存在的问题及对策,最终进行本领域的实践研究,为高校信息化建设提供参考和借鉴。在对现有研究进行综合分析的基础上,通过对高校文书档案信息资源现状的分析,认为高校文书档案信息资源的开发与利用存在着信息不对称和资源共享机制不健全等问题。针对这些问题,提出了多种解决途径并加以实践验证,证明了有效地开发和利用高校文书档案信息资源可以为高校信息化建设带来巨大的价值。未来,还应继续关注高校信息化建设并不断探索更加高效的开发和利用方式,以期更好地为高校信息化建设拓宽新的道路。With the increasing number of university document information resources,how to develop and utilize them effectively has become an important topic in university information construction.However,there is still a lack of systematic research on it,and this study aims to analyze and solve this problem in depth.This paper aims to analyze the present situation of university document information resources,study their development and utilization,as well as the existing problems and countermeasures,and finally carry out practical research in this field,so as to provide reference and models for university information construction.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of existing research,through the analysis of the current situation of university document information resources,this paper holds that the development and utilization of university document information resources has the problems of information asymmetry and inadequate resource sharing mechanisms.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward several solutions and verifies them in practice,and proves that the effective development and utilization of university document information resources can bring great value to university information construction.In the future,we should continue to pay attention to information construction in colleges and universities and explore more efficient development and utilization ways,with a view to broaden new paths for better serving information construction in colleges and universities.
