摘　　要：随着黄浦江两岸45公里滨江公共空间贯通开放,建设充满活力、传承文脉、绿色生态、舒适便捷的世界级滨水区已取得基础性成果。进入新发展阶段,解决滨江公共空间功能完善和品质提升问题成为重中之重。文旅功能是滨江公共空间的重要功能,完善滨江一体化规划、促进滨江空间复合利用,是提升文旅功能、焕发空间活力的必要前提。With the opening of 45 kilometers of waterfront public space on both sides of the Huangpu River,the construction of a vibrant,cultural heritage,green,ecological,comfortable and convenient world-class waterfront district has achieved fundamental results.Entering the new development stage,it has become a top priority to solve the problems of function improvement and quality enhancement.Cultural and tourism function is an important function of the riverfront public space,improving the integrated planning of the riverfront,promoting the composite use of the riverfront space is a necessary prerequisite for enhancing of cultural and tourism functions,and revitalizing the space.
