摘  要:新高考改革由点及面逐渐扩大,对各高校的招生和人才培养的影响日渐显现,地方高校食品类专业更是面临招生遇冷、优质生源流失、学生专业基础弱化等挑战。为应对新高考改革,地方高校食品类专业需加大专业特色宣传提高生源吸引力,灵活课程设置,以学生全面发展为重点升级人才培养模式,适应社会经济发展,培养社会适应性较强、具有工程实践能力的创新型人才培养。The reform of the new college entrance examination has gradually expanded the implement,which has impacts increasingly prominent influences on the admission of colleges and the talent of cultivation.Furthermore,the Discipline of Food Science and Engineering Specialty of local universities are facing a series of challenges such as the professional characteristic of disciplines and majors fails to attract students,the discipline is not likely to turn the guarantee high quality source of students on and the difficulty of teaching management is increased due to the weak professional fundamental knowledge background of students.In order to earn a space on the reform of the new college entrance examination,the discipline of food science and engineering specialty of local universities need to strengthen the enrollment promotion to raise the main attraction,established the curriculum by reasonable and flexible,promote the talents cultivation mode by focusing on students'all round development to adapt the development of economy and society,Cultivate innovative talents with strong social adaptability and engineering practice ability.
