摘 要:为准确把握我国高等院校“食品微生物学”课程教学改革研究的进展,以CNKI学术期刊为数据源,利用NoteExpress文献管理软件,采用文献计量方法,对“食品微生物学”教学研究的文献进行统计,对其发表年度、期刊、作者单位、关键词词频等进行统计和分析,同时结合高频关键词和相关文献的内容,对研究热点进行分析,为教学同行准确把握“食品微生物学”课程教学改革发展方向,利用相关教改成果快速提高课程教学质量提供参考。In order to comprehensively assess the progress of teaching and research on the course Food Microbiology in higher education institutions in China,we utilized the CNKI database our primary data source.Additionally,NoteExpress literature management software was employed,and bibliometric methods were applied to statistically analyze the literature pertaining to the teaching and research of Food Microbiology.The publication year,journal,affiliation,keyword frequency were also analyzed.High-frequency keywords and relevant literature content were integrated to analyze the research hotspots.This analysis provided valuable reference for teaching colleagues to accurately grasp the development direction of the teaching reform of Food Microbiology course.By leveraging relevant achievements in teaching reform,it enabled a rapid improvement in the quality of course instruction.
