高校研究生实验室安全意识提升路径初探

摘　　要：提升高校研究生实验室安全意识是确保实验室安全运行的根本保障。针对目前高校研究生层面存在的对实验室安全重要性的认识不到位,主人翁意识不强,管理层面存在开展的安全培训不够常态化,营造的实验室安全文化氛围不浓厚等问题,建议高校在开展研究生实验室安全意识教育过程中,要提高实验室安全管理工作的政治站位、建立研究生实验室安全员队伍、打好校院两级联合教育培训组合拳及推动实验室安全文化建设等措施,提升研究生人人讲安全、人人要安全的主动意识,保障实验室的安全运行,为高校人才培养、科学研究保驾护航。Improving university graduate students’laboratory safety awareness is the fundamental guarantee to ensure the safe operation of laboratories.In view of the current problems of university graduate students and management departments,such as insufficient understanding of the importance of laboratory safety,weak sense of ownership,insufficient normalization of safety training,and weak atmosphere of laboratory safety culture,this paper suggests that universities should improve the political position of laboratory safety management,establish graduate student laboratory safety officer team,combine the education and training of university and college,and promote the construction of laboratory safety culture in the process of graduate students laboratory safety awareness education,so as to improve graduate students’initiative consciousness of“everyone stresses safety and everyone wants safety”,ensure the safe operation of the laboratory,and assist the talent training and scientific research of universities.
