摘　　要：“浊毒理论”作为中医创新性理论,受到现代医家的广泛关注,应用于临床已取得了一定疗效,然有关浊毒的具体含义等至今仍存在争议,浊毒相关理论有待进一步研究。通过对浊毒历史溯源及现代医家认识与应用的整理、分析,对浊毒的概念、形成方式等内容进行了重新的归纳、总结和完善,认为“浊毒”系一种源于外感或内伤,而又独立于六淫、痰饮、瘀血等病因的可导致人体机能严重损伤的致病因素。治以“化浊解毒法”在临床实践中表现出良好的可操作性,完善浊毒相关理论有助于进一步推动浊毒理论体系的建设。As an innovative theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of turbid toxin has been widely concerned by modern doctors,and has achieved certain clinical effects.However,the specific meaning of turbid toxin is still controversial,the theory of turbid toxin needs to be further studied.By tracing the origin of turbid toxin history and analyzing the cognition and application of modern doctors,the concept and formation of turbid toxin are summarized and perfected again,it is considered that“turbid toxin”is a kind of pathogenic factor which is derived from external or internal injury and independent of six evils,phlegm and blood stasis and so on.The method of“removing turbid and detoxicating”has shown good operability in clinical practice,and the improvement of the theory of turbid and toxin will help to further promote the construction of the theoretical system of turbid and toxin.
