摘　　要：恶性肿瘤现已成为危害人类健康的重大疾病之一,在肿瘤发展过程中形成的肿瘤相关性抑郁(CRD)为身心同病,而目前现代医学采用身心同调治疗CRD的报道较少。中医药在防治恶性肿瘤及并发症、减轻放化疗等副作用方面具有独特优势,尤其中医导引术在身心同调、激发人体正气、维持机体阴阳平衡等方面发挥了积极作用,成为临床研究的重要方面。CRD属于中医“郁证”范畴,针对其正气亏虚、经络受阻、气滞血瘀、情志失调的病因病机特点,整理了《杂病源流犀烛》中痞块导引法、息积症治及运功3种导引法,以扶助正气、疏通经络、行气活血、调畅情志,实现对身体、呼吸、心理的全面调节,为临床上防治CRD提供新的思路和方法。Malignant tumors have become one of the major diseases that endanger human health.Cancer-related depression(CRD)formed in the process of tumor development is a physical and mental comorbidity.At present,there are few reports of modern medicine in the treatment of CRD.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors and complications,reducing side effects such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy.In particular,traditional Chinese medicine guiding therapy plays an active role in physical and mental harmony,stimulating the healthy Qi of the human body and maintaining the balance of Yin and Yang.It has become an important aspect of clinical research.CRD belongs to the category of“depression syndrome”in traditional Chinese medicine.In view of the etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of CRD,such as deficiency of vital Qi,obstruction of meridians,Qi stagnation and blood stasis and emotional disorders,this paper sorted out three guiding methods in Miscellaneous Disease Source Flowing Rhinoceros Candle,including the mass guiding method,Qi accumulation syndrome treatment and exercise guiding method,so as to help vital Qi,dredge meridians,promote Qi and activate blood and regulate emotions,so as to realize the comprehensive adjustment of body,respiration and psychology and provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of CRD in clinic.
