摘 要:目的:研究猪鬃草总黄酮提取工艺,分析其抗氧化活性。方法:利用Box-Behnken响应面试验设计优选猪鬃草总黄酮超声波提取工艺的最佳条件,并测定猪鬃草总黄酮提取物对·OH和DPPH自由基的清除能力。结果:猪鬃草总黄酮超声波提取的最优工艺条件为:料液比1∶33 g/mL,超声提取时间21 min,超声次数2次,该条件下总黄酮的提取率为6.17%;抗氧化试验中,猪鬃草总黄酮对·OH和DPPH自由基均有清除效果,对·OH清除率为45.09%,对DPPH清除率为63.12%。结论:Box-Behnken分析法优化猪鬃草总黄酮提取工艺是可行的,猪鬃草总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化能力。Objective The extraction technology and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Adiantum capillus-veneris were studied.Methods With Box-Behnken response surface method,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process parameters of total flavonoids from Adiantum capillus-veneris were optimized.The antioxidant capacity of total flavonoids to·OH and DPPH·free radical were adopted.Results The optimum extraction conditions was as follows:material-liquid ratio 1∶33(g/mL),extraction time 20min,extraction times 2 times.Under these conditions,the average extraction rate of polysaccharides reaches 6.17%.The total flavonoids in Adiantum capillus-veneris had good antioxidant effect on·OH radicals and DPPH radicals,and the scavenging rate was 45.09%and 63.12%.Conclusion The response surface method is feasible to optimize extraction process of Adiantum capillus-veneris total flavonoids and the total flavonoid had good antioxidant activity.
