激素冲击法治疗肥厚性硬脑膜炎1例并文献复习

摘　　要：肥厚性硬脑膜炎(HP)是一种以硬膜增厚为特征并引起一系列症状的慢性纤维化炎性疾病,随着影像学检查的不断普及和对该病认识的提高,该病的诊出率越来越高,但目前国内对该病的治疗尚未形成专家共识或指南。现报道2022年10月31日收治于广州市红十字医院的1例使用激素冲击法治疗以海绵窦部受累症状为主的原发性肥厚性硬脑膜炎,并进行文献复习。Hypertrophic pachymeningitis(HP)is a chronic fibrotic inflammatory disease characterized by thickening of the dura mater and causing a series of symptoms.With the increased utilization of imaging exams and improved understanding of the disease,its diagnosis rate is on the rise.However,there is currently no consensus or guidelines for the treatment of the disease in China.In this report,we present a case of hypertrophic pachymeningitis with symptoms mainly affecting the cavernous sinus,which was treated with hormone pulse therapy in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital on October 31,2022,and reviews the literatures.
