摘　　要：急性白血病患者免疫力低下,尤其在化疗后易合并各种感染而引起发热。急性白血病患者合并肺结核常见,但合并肝结核者少见。本文对2020年6月8日收治于威海市立医院的1例急性白血病治疗后合并肝结核病例进行报道,旨在提高对该类疾病的认识,避免延误治疗。Patients with acute leukemia are immunocompromised and susceptible to a variety of infections that manifest as fever,especially after chemotherapy.Pulmonary tuberculosis is common in patients with acute leukemia,but hepatic tuberculosis is rare.This article reports a case of acute leukemia complicated with post-treatment hepatic tuberculosis admitted to Weihai Municipal Hospital on June 8,2020,which may help raise the awareness of this disease and avoid delays in treatment.
