摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫切除术与腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术在子宫肌瘤治疗中分别对妇科内分泌状态的影响。方法选择134例手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组67例。对照组采用腹腔镜下子宫切除术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗,比较两组手术指标、内分泌指标及并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间、肛门排气、下床活动及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组E2、LH、FSH、P水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于子宫肌瘤患者而言,采取腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术能够最大程度地降低对患者机体损伤,并且对内分泌水平与性生活影响较小,并发症发生率较低,有效保证患者生命健康,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy on gynecological endocrine status in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods Atotal of 134 patients with uterine fibroids treated by operation were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic hysteromyoma stripping.The surgical indexes,endocrine indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,anal exhaust,getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2,LH,FSH and P in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids,laparoscopic uterine fibroid dissection can reduce the damage to the patient's body to the greatest extent,and has little impact on endocrine level and sexual life,with a low incidence of complications,effectively ensure the life and health of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
