摘  要:为有效控制燃煤电厂锅炉烟气脱硝系统的脱硝精准度,提出针对性的前馈串级调节控制方法。首先确定脱硝系统在前馈串级调节控制过程中存在的相关影响因素,并根据影响因素分析结果明确脱硝系统前馈串级调节控制器的设计流程;再基于控制器设计流程,优先设计系统扰动状态观测器,通过状态观测器估计系统脱硝时存在的扰动估计值,并依据扰动值估计结果对控制器实施前馈补偿;同时根据前馈补偿结果对控制器实施参数整定,完成控制器的设计;最后通过控制器实现脱硝系统前馈串级调节控制。验证结果表明:该控制方法控制性能好,控制精度高。To effectively control the denitrification accuracy of coal-fired power plant boiler flue gas denitrification system,a pertinent feedforward cascade control method was proposed.Firstly,the relevant influencing factors were identified in the feedforward cascade control process of the denitrification system,and based on the analysis results of the influencing factors,the design process of the feedforward cascade controller of the denitrification system was specified.And based on the controller design process,the priority was given to designing a system disturbance state observer,through which the disturbance value during the system denitrification was estimated,and feedforward compensation for the controller was implemented based on the disturbance estimation result.Meanwhile,based on the feedforward compensation results,the controller parameter was adjusted and the design of the controller was completed.Finally,the feedforward cascade control of the denitrification system was achieved through the controller.The verification results indicated that this control method had good control performance and high control accuracy.
