基于PBL教学法的管理学课程教学改革策略研究

摘　　要：PBL教学法是一种颠覆传统课堂的教学模式,把真实性的项目引入教学中,并利用各种科技工具和资源,增强学生学习的积极性,同时提升学生解决问题和思考问题的能力。本文简要介绍了PBL教学法的概念和在管理学课程教学改革中应用的必要性,提出基于PBL教学法的管理学教学改革策略。Unlike traditional classroom teaching which tends to be teacher-centered,PBL introduces authentic projects into teaching,and makes use of various technological tools and resources to enhance students'enthusiasm for learning,while providing students with the ability to solve problems and higher-order thinking.This paper briefly introduces the concept of PBL teaching approach and the necessity of its application in teaching reform on management course,and provides reform strategies based on PBL approach.
