摘　　要：我国栽培食用菌的历史悠久,是世界上最大的食用菌生产、消费和出口国家。食用菌产业已经成为我国种植业体系中继粮、菜、果、油之后位居第五的行业。近年来,食用菌产业在我国区域经济调整、脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴中发挥巨大作用的同时也产生了大量菌糠,而菌糠的高效利用则是实现良好循环经济的关键。该研究以食用菌培育过程中产生的菌糠为对象,概述了食用菌菌糠在二次种植食用菌、用作动物饲料、有机肥等方面的利用现状,以期为菌糠的循环利用提供建议。China boasts a rich history of cultivating edible mushrooms and holds the title of the world′s largest producer,consumer,and exporter of such edible fungi.The edible fungi industry has emerged as the fifth pillar of China′s agricultural system,following grains,vegetables,fruits and oils.In recent years,the edible fungi industry has played a significant role in China′s regional economic adjustment,poverty alleviation,and rural revitalization.Additionally,it has also generated a substantial amount of spent mushroom substrate.The effective utilization of spent mushroom substrate was pivotal in realizing a robust circular economy.The study focused on spent mushroom substrate generated during the cultivation process of edible fungi and provided an overview of its current utilization in secondary cultivation,animal feed,organic fertilizer production,etc.,with the aim of offering recommendations for effective recycling.
