摘 要:设计了活性二氧化锰/硫酸体系催化氧化2-硝基-4-甲砜基甲苯制备2-硝基-4-甲砜基苯甲酸的绿色合成方法:将活性二氧化锰、2-硝基-4-甲砜基甲苯和体积浓度为70%的硫酸溶液混合搅拌,在160℃下反应16 h,2-硝基-4-甲砜基苯甲酸产率高达93%.该方法操作简便、低排放、低成本、利用率高,解决了现有制备2-硝基-4-甲砜基苯甲酸的方法中污染大、催化剂毒性强以及设备易堵塞的问题.A green synthesis method for the preparation of 2-nitro-4-methylsulfonylbenzoic acid by catalytic oxidation of 2-nitro-4-methylsulfonyl toluene with active manganese dioxide in sulfuric acid was designed:active manganese dioxide,2-nitro-4-methylsulfonyl toluene and sulfuric acid solution with a volume concentration of 70%were mixed and stirred,and reacted at 160℃for 16 h.The yield of 2-nitro-4-methylsulfonyl benzoic acid was up to 93%.The method is easy to operate,and has the advantages of low emission,low cost and reusability,and solves the problems of heavy pollution,high catalyst toxicity and frequent blockage of equipment in existing methods for the preparation of 2-nitro-4-methylsulfonylbenzoic acid.
