摘　　要：产学研协同育人是实现产教融合的有效形式,是创新型人才培养的重要模式,也是高等教育深化改革的重要途径。产学研协同育人模式对创新应用型人才培养具有重要意义。应用型大学推进产学研协同育人,需要树立育人理念、学习理念、教学理念和办学理念,各参与主体从“统筹协调、共同推进”“服务需求、优化结构”“多元协同、合作育人”三个方面进行育人样态的优化。以现代产业学院为载体,共同建立“政校企行”合作机制和多主体协同参与的育人机制,着力构建应用型师资队伍。Collaborative education among industry,university and research is an effective form of realizing the integration of industry and education,an important mode of innovative talents cultivation,and an important way to deepen the reform of higher education.The industry-university-research collaborative education is of great significance in the cultivation of innovative applied talents.In order to promote the industry-university-research collaborative education in application-oriented universities,it is necessary to establish the concepts of education,learning,teaching and school-running,and to optimize the education model in three aspects,namely,"coordinating and promoting together","serving the needs and optimizing the structure",and"more participation and cooperation in educating students".Taking the modern industrial college as an example,the key point of exploring the industry-university-research collaborative education is to jointly establish the cooperation mechanism between government,school,enterprise and industry,build the education mechanism with multiple participants,and jointly construct the application-oriented faculty.
