摘  要:高校青年外语教师的专业发展对外语教育质量产生重要影响,但相关研究仍有待拓展。本文回顾分析了过去60年中国高校青年外语教师研究,发现已有研究在理论视角上经历了从经验主义到理性主义再到人本主义的演变,核心主题包括青年教师基本现状、青年教师发展过程和经验教师建议,主要研究方法包含质性方法、非实证方法和混合方法。未来研究应运用人本主义视角下的国际前沿理论和中国本土理论,探索通过宏观环境的转变促进青年教师发展;结合国家战略规划、教育改革和学术前沿,拓展深化研究主题;注重使用实证方法,特别是质性方法和混合方法,关注非英语外语教师发展。The professional development of young foreign language teachers in higher education institutions affects the quality of foreign language education,but detailed studies need to be expanded.This paper conducts an analytical review of the research on young foreign language teachers in Chinese higher education institutions in the past 60 years.The results reveal that the studies have undergone a transition in theoretical perspectives from empiricism to rationalism and then to humanism,the major themes include the status quo of young teachers,their development processes,and recommendations from experienced teachers,and the main research methods used are qualitative methods,non-empirical methods and mixed methods.Future studies should employ international cutting-edge theories and Chinese indigenous theories from a humanistic perspective to explore how changes in the macro environment can promote the development of young teachers.Studies should also be expanded and deepened in three thematic areas by integrating national strategies,educational reforms and academic frontiers.More empirical methods,especially qualitative methods and mixed methods should be utilized,with a focus on the development of non-English foreign language teachers.
