摘  要:采用全溶液法在空气中制备了柔性有机发光电化学池(LEC).通过乙二醇(EG)掺杂和甲酸后处理两种方式协同作用对电极层聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)-聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT∶PSS)进行材料改性,研究了不同EG含量和HCOOH处理次数下薄膜的方阻、光透过性和成膜效果,并且进一步探究了发光层电解质中不同阳离子K^(+)、Li^(+)及离子含量对离子电导率和光电性能的影响.结果表明:随着EG含量的增加和HCOOH处理次数的增多,提高了光透过率并降低了薄膜方阻,当EG含量为9%并且HCOOH处理两次的薄膜表现出最佳性能,光透过率达到94.84%,薄膜方阻从1034Ω/sq降低至84Ω/sq;在发光层中,与含有Li^(+)的混合溶液相比,含有K^(+)的混合溶液(SY∶PEO∶K^(+))的配比为1∶0.3∶0.03时表现出最佳的离子电导率,其电导率达到1.343×10^(-4)S/cm,制备的发光器件具备较好的发光特性.The flexible organic light-emitting cell(LEC)was prepared in ambient air by using the all solution method.The material modification of the electrode layer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonic acid(PEDOT∶PSS)was carried out through the synergistic interaction of ethylene glycol(EG)doping and formic acid post-treatment.The square resistance,light transmittance and film forming effect of the thin films under different EG content and HCOOH treatment times were studied,and the influence of different cations K^(+),Li^(+)and ion content on ionic conductivity and photoelectric properties of electrolyte of the light-emitting layer was further explored.The results showed that with the increase of EG content and HCOOH treatment times,the light transmittances were improved and the square resistance of the film was reduced.When EG content was 9%and HCOOH treated twice,the film showed the best performance,the light transmittances reached 94.84%,and the square resistance of the film was reduced from 1034Ω/sq to 84Ω/sq.Compared with the mixture containing Li^(+),the mixture containing K^(+)(SY∶PEO∶K^(+))at a ratio of 1∶0.3∶0.03 showed the best ionic conductivity,which reached up to 1.343×10^(-4)S/cm,and the luminescent devices have favorable emission characteristics.
