摘 要:为削弱并列双转子电机的齿槽转矩,提高电机性能,提出一种优化极弧系数和转子相对偏转角的方法.通过能量法推导解析齿槽转矩的产生原理,分别探讨了极弧系数和转子相对偏转角对电机齿槽转矩的影响;以三相8极36槽并列双转子电机为例,利用有限元软件对不同极弧系数和转子相对偏转角的电机进行建模仿真分析,最终得到最佳极弧系数和转子相对偏转角度.结果表明:选择合适的极弧系数和转子相对偏转角度,能够有效削弱齿槽转矩;优化后的电机齿槽转矩幅值降低了72.2%,空载反电势的3次和5次谐波幅值下降明显,电机的输出品质显著提高.该方法为同类型电机齿槽转矩的优化提供参考.In order to weaken the cogging torque of parallel double-rotor motors and improve the motor performance,a method to optimize the polar arc coefficient and the relative deflection angle of the rotor is proposed.The generation principle of cogging torque was derived by the energy method,and the effects of polar arc coefficient and rotor relative deflection angle on motor cogging torque were discussed.Taking a three-phase 8-pole 36-slot parallel double-rotor motor as an example,the finite element software is used to model and simulate the motors with different polar arc coefficients and rotor relative deflection angles,and finally the best polar arc coefficient and rotor relative deflection angle are obtained.The results show that selecting the appropriate polar arc coefficient and the relative deflection angle of the rotor can effectively weaken the cogging torque.The optimized motor cogging torque amplitude is reduced by 72.2%,the 3rd and 5th harmonic amplitudes of no-load back EMF are significantly reduced,and the output quality of the motor is significantly improved.This method provides a reference for the optimization of cogging torque of the same type of motor.
