摘　　要：高校美术基础教学改革是一项系统工程,必须环环相扣,共同协作。通过对我国部份地方高校美术基础教育现状的调研,结合教学实践与思考,从而提出结合达州地域文化资源探索美术基础课程教学改革新模式,即从创作意识培养土壤、培养环境、成果产出导向方面论证地方高校美术基础教学创作意识培养路径,从传统中吸取营养,融入自身新的艺术教学实践,延伸传统形成动态教学发展策略。The reform of fine arts teaching in colleges and universities is a systematic project,which must be interlinked and coordinated.Based on the investigation of the current situation of art education in some local colleges and universities in China,combined with the author’s teaching practice and thinking for many years,this paper proposes a new teaching re-form model of art courses in combination with regional cultural resources in Dazhou,that is,the teaching demonstrates the cultivation path of creative consciousness from the aspects of cultivation soil,cultivation environment and achievement out-put orientation.The teaching absorbs the nutrition from the tradition,integrates into their own new art teaching practice,and extends the tradition to form a dynamic teaching development strategy.
