摘　　要：介绍刨花板板坯预压的发展历程和预处理方式方法,分析板坯预压过程的力学特征,阐述刨花板板坯预压机的设计及改进,探讨预压工段安装调试与改进方法。结果表明,改进后的刨花板预压预处理工艺能有效地提高刨花板的质量,发展前景好。This paper reviewed the development history of particleboard mat pre-pressing and preprocessing methods.The mechanical characteristics of the mat pre-pressing process were analyzed,and the design improvement of the pre-pressing machine was proposed.The installation,debugging,and improvement of the pre-pressing section were also discussed.The results showed that the improved pre-pressing and preprocessing technology could effectively improve the quality of particleboard,and it was a promising technology for the development of particleboard industry.
