摘　　要：制备骨折粘接固定用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)骨水泥,对骨水泥的胶凝性能进行分析。按照配方配置pH为7.6的三羟甲基氨基甲烷盐酸盐溶液、抗凝血酶溶液、发色底物溶液、标准溶液和浸提液,根据2-甲基-二氧杂环庚烷浓度的不同,制备出不同组成成分的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥混合液,将其倒入准备好的模具中,并进行脱模处理,将脱模好的试件分为A、B、C、D组,在扫描电镜中,A、B组试件的孔隙较小,内部结构更加紧密,同时,B组试件的粘接强度为461.23 MPa,粘接强度远高于其他3个组。浓度为3%的2-甲基-二氧杂环庚烷的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥在实际应用中的效果更好。Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)bone cement for fracture bonding and fixation was prepared,and the gelation properties of bone cement was analyzed.According to the formula,trimethylolamine methane hydrochloride solution,antithrombin solution,chromogenic substrate solution,standard solution and extract solution with pH 7.6 were prepared.According to the different concentrations of 2-methyl-dioxohexaheptane,the poly(methyl methacrylate)bone cement mixture with different components were prepared,which were poured into the prepared mold and demolded.The demolded test pieces were divided into four groups:A,B,C,and D.In the scanning electron microscope,the pores of group A and group B specimens were smaller,and the internal structure was more compact.In addition,the adhesive strength of group B specimens was 461.23 MPa,which was much higher than the other three groups.The polymethyl methacrylate bone cement with a concentration of 3%2-methyldioxane has a better effect in practical application.
