摘 要:为了缩小光组件的跟踪误差的范围,以保持光组件在高低温工作状态下输出功率稳定性,对耦合和激光焊接工艺进行了研究。通过对光组件关键工艺参数开展大量对比优化试验,深入分析了耦合离焦量、焊接能量、焊点个数对光组件跟踪误差的影响,得到优化后工艺参数:耦合离焦量为26μm,单脉冲焊接能量为3 J,焊点为12点均分。采用优化后的工艺参数进行了100支器件小批制作和测试,结果表明,光组件的跟踪误差能从±1.5 dB缩小到±1.3 dB。In order to reduce the range of tracking error of optical component and maintain the output power stability at high and low temperatures,the coupling and laser welding processes have been studied.A large number of comparative optimization experiments are carried out on the key process parameters of optical components.The infl uences of coupling defocus,welding energy and number of solder joints on the tracking error of optical components are deeply analyzed.The optimized process parameters are obtained as follows:coupling defocus is 26μm,single pulse welding energy is 3 J,and solder joints are equal to 12 points.Using optimized process parameters,a small batch of 100 devices is processed and tested.The results show that the tracking error of optical component can be reduced from±1.5 dB to±1.3 dB.
