摘　　要：医院护理人力资源能力规划与控制主要处理医院各护理单元护理人员配置、班次安排和患者分配等问题,对于保障患者安全、护理人员健康和医院高质量发展等具有重要影响。近年来,该领域相关问题得到了研究人员的广泛关注和报道。本文基于文献报道和医院调研情况,将医院护理人力资源能力规划与控制划分为护理单元人力配置、护理班次人力配置、护理人力调度、护理人力重调度和护患分配五个阶段,回顾了各阶段已有主要研究,并对未来研究进行展望。随着社会的发展,护理工作的重要性得到越来越多的重视,开展该领域相关问题的研究,对于推动护理工作的进一步改进和完善等具有重要意义。The hospital nursing workforce capacity planning and control mainly deal with the allocation of nursing staff in each nursing unit of the hospital,shift arrangements,and nurse-patient allocation.It has an important impact on patient safety,nursing staff health,and high-quality development of hospitals.For the past several decades,issues in this field have received much attention.Based on the literature reports and hospital investigations,the hospital nursing workforce capacity planning and control was divided into five stages:nurse staffing in nursing units,nurse staffing in shifts,nurse scheduling,nurse rescheduling,and nurse-patient allocation.The main progress in each stage had been reviewed,and the future research was prospected.With the development of society,the importance of nursing had received more and more attention,and research on these issues was of great significance for promoting the further improvement of nursing.
