摘  要:党的二十大报告提出,要加快建设教育强国。如何助力教育强国建设,是当前我国教育经济学研究的核心命题。2023年中国教育经济学学术年会聚焦教育强国建设主题,围绕教育强国建设的内涵与路径、教育强国建设与教育资源优化配置、教育强国建设与中国特色教育经济学学科发展等议题开展学术交流和思想碰撞。会议提出,教育强国兼具目标和手段的双重内涵,而实现共同富裕、加快推进教育现代化、进一步提升教育质量和人力资本水平是加快教育强国建设的有效路径。教育资源优化配置是教育强国建设的重要依托,提升教育资源优化配置水平,需对学龄人口规模及结构进行科学预测,重点解决好县域和特大超大城市高中教育资源配置和构建高质量课外服务体系问题,重视新型研究型大学的资源需求和资源配置方式。中国特色教育经济学是中国特色哲学社会科学的重要构成,着力构建中国特色教育经济学“三大”体系,探索中国特色教育经济思想,做面向田野、面向实践的真研究,是中国特色教育经济学发展的根本方向。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the construction of a education power.How to assist in the construction of a education power is the core proposition of the current research of education economics in China.The 2023 China Education Economics Academic Conference focused on the theme of the construction of a education power and carried out academic exchanges and ideological collisions around the connotation and path of the construction of a education power,the the construction of a education power and the optimal allocation of educational resources,and the the construction of a education power and the development of education economics with Chinese characteristics.The meeting proposed that education power has the dual connotation of both goals and means.Achieving common prosperity,accelerating the modernization of education,and further improving the quality of education and the level of human capital are effective paths to accelerating the building of a strong education nation.The optimal allocation of educational resources is an important support for the construction of education power.To improve the level of optimal allocation of educational resources,it is necessary to scientifically forecast the size and structure of the school-age population,to focus on solving the problems of the allocation of high school educational resources in counties and large or super large cities as well as building high-quality extra-curricular service systems,and to attach importance to the resource requirements and allocation patterns of new research-oriented universities.Education economics with Chinese characteristics is an important component of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.It is the fundamental direction for the development of the discipline of education economics with Chinese characteristics is to construct the“three majors”system of education economics with Chinese characteristics,to explore the thought of educational economics wit
