摘　　要：2023年1月,《临床医师癌症杂志》(CA:A Cancer Journal for Clinicians)发布了《2023美国癌症统计报告》,披露了新型冠状病毒感染大流行以来美国癌症流行现状,描述了主要癌症疾病负担的长期变化趋势,并预测了2023年美国癌症发病和死亡情况。对该报告进行了解读,并结合中国癌症统计数据,描述了中、美两国癌症在时间、地区和人群间的分布特征,分析了美国在癌症防控中取得的进步及可能原因,总结了中国癌症防控当前面临的困境和挑战。In January 2023,the latest report of American Cancer Statistics in 2023 was published in CA:A Cancer Journal for Clinicians.This report elaborated on the cancer prevalence in America under the COVID-19 pandemic for the first time,described the secular trends in the burden of major cancers,and projected the cancer cases and deaths in 2023.We analyzed the pattern of cancers distribution by geographic area,time,and characteristics of the populations in China and America according to systematical interpretation of the report combined with the cancer statistics in China.We also summarized the current challenges in the development of cancer prevention and control system in China,and provided insights for its construction depending on assessing advancements and underlying reasons of that in America.
