摘 要:为了解决高炉多周期装料过程中料面形状变化的问题,设计出一套高炉料面形状控制系统。对于该控制系统,首先,以单容水箱为对象,研究以间歇进水和连续出水为特征的混杂控制问题。然后,在液位位式控制的基础上,将液位混杂系统扩展至用泛函描述的高炉炉料料面形状控制。由于炉料在炉喉径向方向上的实际下降速度存在差异,借鉴非均匀炉料下降模型,并通过仿真实验准确建立出该模型。以多环布料模型、非均匀炉料下降模型和布料矩阵逆计算模型为基础,提出了高炉多周期装料过程中料面形状控制方案,将间歇装料过程与连续下料过程相结合。最终,通过仿真实验实现了料面形状混杂控制,为高炉实际装料过程提供了理论依据。In order to solve the problem of the change of the surface shape of the blast furnace during the multi-period charging process,a set of blast furnace surface shape control system was designed.For this control system,the single-capacity water tank is firstly used to study the hybrid control problem characterized by intermittent water inflow and continuous water outflow,and then on the basis of level control,the liquid level position type control hybrid system is extended to the blast furnace charge surface shape control described by functional theory.Due to the difference in the actual falling speed of the charge in the radial direction of the furnace throat,the non-uniform charge descent model was used for reference,and the model was accurately established through simulation experiments.Based on the multi-loop charging model,the non-uniform charge descent model and the inverse calculation model of the charging matrix,a control plan for the shape of the material surface in the multi-period charging process of the blast furnace is proposed,which combines the intermittent charging process with the continuous charging process.Finally,the hybrid control of the material surface shape is realized through simulation experiments,which provided a theoretical basis for the actual charging process of the blast furnace.
