摘　　要：视障老人面临日常生活的种种挑战,包括居家养老和住宅适老化问题。为了改善视障老人的生活质量,研究旨在探索视障老人居家养老服务及住宅适老化改进,通过深入了解其特征和需求,设计合适的产品和服务系统。因此,采用多种服务设计工具,包括用户画像、用户体验地图等,通过实地调研和用户反馈,深入分析视障老人的特点和体验,挖掘其居家养老的痛点和机会点。基于理论研究,设计了面向视障老人的居家视觉增强眼镜和社区服务APP,以解决他们在日常生活中面临的问题,提高其生活质量。研究通过构建面向视障老人的居家养老服务系统和住宅适老化改进策略,提升他们的自理能力和生活质量。设计视觉增强眼镜,为视障老人提供更清晰、准确的环境感知能力。社区服务APP提供了预定餐食、护理服务和在线咨询等功能,满足了视障老人在居家养老过程中的多样化需求。有效提升视障老人的居家养老服务体验,增强其幸福感和归属感。The visually impaired elderly(VIE)face various challenges in their daily lives,including the problems of home-based care and housing for the elderly.In order to improve their life quality,this study aims to explore home care services and the improvement of residential aging for VIE and design appropriate products and service systems based on an in-depth understanding of their characteristics and needs.By using a variety of service design tools,including user portraits,user experience maps,etc.,and with the application of field research and user feedback,an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and experience of the VIE,the pain points and opportunities of their home care were explored.Based on theoretical research,home vision enhancement glasses and the community service APP for VIE are designed to solve problems in daily life and improve their quality of life.This study proposes a home care service system for the VIE and a housing improvement strategy for the elderly,with the aim of improving their independence and life quality.Vision-enhancing glasses were designed to provide clearer and more accurate environmental perception for VIE.The community service APP provides functions such as ordering meals,nursing services,and online consultation,meeting the diverse needs of VIE in the process of home care,and it effectively boosts the home care service experience of VIE and enhances their sense of happiness and belonging.
