摘 要:农林经济管理学科为农业现代化和乡村振兴提供人才培育和科技支撑,作为交叉性学科,在新农科和新文科交融视阈下面临人才培养范式的重构。梳理农经学科渊源及失焦转型挑战,解构地方农业高校农经人才培养现状与农业现代化高阶需求存在脱嵌,集中表现为农经专业学生就业领域的“离农化”倾向突出;专业核心课程设置局限于传统农经学科的单向维度;实践教学薄弱制约了农经学生高阶复合能力与综合素质的培育;农经学科的弱质性难以有效吸引优秀生源。鉴于此,指出新农科与新文科交融视阈下,农经人才培养遵循“需求先导”“跨界协同”两个创新原则及三项核心目标,据此提出三项人才培养优化路径:立德树人,课程思政协同耕读教育强化农经学生“一懂两爱”、“三农”情怀;农文理交融优化课程体系,增强培养农经学生的复合型知识和综合素质;深耕本土优势,发挥产学研用多元主体协同育人机制,以期促进地方高校农经人才培养模式与农业现代化发展需求的互嵌耦合。The subject of agricultural and forestry economic management provides talent cultivation and scientific support for agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.As an interdisciplinary discipline,it faces a paradigm reconstruction of talent cultivation under the intersection of new agriculture and new liberal arts.By sorting out the origin of agricultural economics discipline and the challenges of transformation,and deconstructing the mismatch between the current situation of agricultural economics talent training in local agricultural colleges and universities and the high-level demands of agricultural modernization,which is mainly manifested in the tendency of“leaving agriculture”in the employment field of agricultural economics students;the core curriculums are limited to the one-way dimension of traditional agricultural economics disciplines.The weakness of practical teaching restricts the cultivation of higher-order composite ability and comprehensive quality of agricultural economics students;the weakness of agricultural economics discipline makes it challenging to attract excellent students effectively.Given this,it is pointed out that under the perspective of integrating new agricultural sciences and new liberal arts,the cultivation of agricultural and economic talents follows the two innovative principles of“demand-leading”and“transboundary cooperation”and three core objectives.Because of this,it is pointed out that under the perspective of integrating new agricultural sciences and new liberal arts,the cultivation of agricultural and economic talents follows the two innovative principles of“demandleading”and“transboundary cooperation”and three core objectives.According to this,three talents cultivation optimization paths are proposed:establishing morality and cultivating people,curriculum thinking and government and cultivation education,collaborating curriculum politics and farming and reading education to strengthen the feelings of“one understanding and two loves”and“th
