摘　　要：医疗互助是医疗保障的重要补充,在保障农村群众医疗健康中发挥着巨大作用。目前新的医疗互助形式正在一些农村地区逐步试点,借助扬州市宝应县公益医疗互助推进的实践经验,针对乡村公益医疗互助推广中遇到的问题和困境,从经济保障、政策引导、政府支持、优化流程方面提出改进方法,为推动乡村公益医疗互助提供一定的借鉴。Medical mutual aid(MMA)is an important complement to medical insurance and plays a significant role in preserving the medical well-being of rural communities.At present,several new MMA modes are being piloted in some rural areas.Based on the experience and lessons of MMA in rural areas of Baoying County,Jiangsu Province,the authors propose countermeasures in terms of financial security,policy guidance,government support,and optimized processes,in an attempt to provide evidence in promoting the practice of public welfare MMA in rural areas.
