摘　　要：目的分析案例医院基于数字化转型的“三位一体”智慧医院建设创新实践与成效。方法依托“互联网+”及云计算、大数据、物联网、移动互联网、人工智能等信息技术,推进智慧服务、智慧医疗、智慧管理“三位一体”的智慧医院建设,推动医院数字化转型。结果在面向患者的智慧服务方面,自助、线上预约率以及预约工作量明显提升,患者预约检查效率明显提升;互联网门诊量达400~500人次/天,互联网医院总门诊量占门诊人次比例由2020年的0.96%上升至2022年的6.69%。在面向医务人员的智慧医疗方面,实行手术“非常准”16个时间点全流程闭环管理,手术室运行效率得到进一步提升。在面向医院的智慧管理方面,深化人力资源协同信息化管理平台应用,探索突出品德、能力、业绩导向的人才评价体系;搭建任务督办平台,实现工作任务有记录、可追溯、可量化;推进全流程无纸化行政办公,逐步实现脱手工。结论医院信息化建设取得阶段性成效,智慧医院数字化转型是提升患者就医获得感、适应严峻公共卫生环境的重要举措,是医院实现高质量发展的必然趋势。l Objective To analyze the innovative practice and results of constructing a"trinity"'smart hospital based on digital transformation at our hospital.Methods Relying on Internet-based technologies including cloud computing,big data analysis,Internet of Things,mobile applications,and artificial intelligence,we attempted to construct a"trinity"smart hospital that provides smart services,smart medical care,and smart management,so as to promote the digital transformation of our hospital.Results In terms of the intelligent service of patients,the usage of self-service and online appointments and the efficiency of appointed examinations were significantly increased.The number of daily Internet outpatient visits has increased to 400-500,with the proportion of such visits compared to total outpatient visits rising from 0.96%in 2020 to 6.69%in 2022.In terms of smart medical health care,the closed-loop approach managed the entire surgical process at 16 highly accurate time intervals leading to increased operational efficiency in the operating room.In terms of intlligent hospital management,the collaborative human resources information management platform was optimized,with a talent evaluation system emphasizing morality,ability,and performance.A task supervision platform was established to record,track,and quantify work tasks.In addition,a paperless administrative system was promoted to gradually eliminate manual labor.Conclusions Hospital informatization has been achieved.The digital transformation of smart hospitals is a crucial measure aimed at improving patients'access to healthcare and adapting to the challenging public health environment.It represents an inevitable trend towards the achievement of high-quality development in hospitals.
