摘  要:目前,国内原有的音圈绕线设备总体仍然相对落后,自动化和控制精度比较低,存在断线、散线等问题,严重影响产品质量。因此,依据音圈生产工艺流程设计了一种六轴全自动音圈绕线机,首先阐述了该绕线机的工作原理及技术参数,然后对六轴音圈绕线机机械结构进行了设计,最后运用SolidWorks软件对关键部位进行了静力学分析和运动仿真。结果表明,零件设计的合理性和机构运动的可行性均达到设计要求,六轴全自动音圈绕线机提高了音圈绕制效率和质量,具有广阔的应用前景。At present,the original domestic voice coil winding equipment is still relatively backward,with relatively low automation and control accuracy,and there are problems such as broken wires and loose wires,which affect product quality seriously.Therefore,a six-axis automatic voice coil winding machine was designed according to the voice coil production process,First,the working principle and technical parameters of the winding machine were explained,and then the mechanical structure of the sixaxis voice coil winding machine was designed,Finally,the SolidWorks software were used to carry out statics analysis and motion simulation of the pivotal parts.The results show that the rationality of the component design and the feasibility of the mechanism movement satisfy the design requirements.The six-axis automatic voice coil winding machine improves the efficiency of voice coil winding and the quality of the voice coil,which has extensive application prospects.
