摘  要:针对微电网规划面临的微电源组合多样、指标计算复杂、技术手段匮乏的问题,本文应用德尔菲法筛选并确立了更加全面的微电网综合评价指标体系;采用层次分析法和粗糙熵权法确定指标主客观权重,再确定综合权重;采用TOPSIS法结合综合权重对不同结构的微电网进行综合评价决策。实例表明,本文提出的方法能有效避免微电网规划阶段因决策因素导致的不确定性和专家评判的主观性,是一种比较实用的微电网规划综合评价方法。In response to the problems faced by microgrid planning such as diversity of micropower combinations,complex indicator calculations,and lack of technical means,this paper applies the Delphi method to screen and establish a more comprehensive microgrid comprehensive evaluation index system.The analytic hierarchy process and rough entropy weight method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights of the indicators,and then the comprehensive weights are determined.TOPSIS method is combined with the comprehensive weights to make comprehensive evaluation decisions for different structures of microgrids.The example shows that the method proposed in this paper can effectively avoid the uncertainty caused by decision-making factors and the subjectivity of expert evaluation during the microgrid planning stage,and is a relatively practical comprehensive evaluation method for microgrid planning.
