摘  要:我们从化工仿真实训教学方式入手,构建了甲醇3D应急预案虚拟现实仿真实训平台。该平台采用三维虚拟工厂的形式,对甲醇生产化工设备等场景进行三维建模,运用虚拟现实技术,呈现工厂环境中发生火灾、中毒事故的情境及应急处理流程。通过实训平台的建设和应用,能够使学生在工程实践中自觉履行安全生产的责任,提高学生操作技能和对复杂化工过程的分析能力。Focusing on the teaching method of simulation training in the field of chemical engineering,the training platform of virtual reality and 3D simulation for methanol emergency plan is built in Northeast electric power university.The platform uses the form of 3D virtual factory to conduct 3D modeling of scenes such as methanol production and chemical equipment,and uses virtual reality technology to present the situation and emergency treatment process of fire and poisoning accidents in the factory environment.Through the construction and application of the training platform,students can consciously fulfill the responsibility of safety production in engineering practice,and improve students'operation skills and analysis ability of complex chemical process.
