摘  要:随着科技的快速发展,社会对人才的需求不仅仅在数量上有所增加,在质量上也提出了更高的要求。如何按照教育部的相关要求,培养符合社会需求的药学专业人才,给高校药学专业教师们提出了严峻的挑战。药剂学是药学专业的核心主干课程,是综合性应用技术科学,其实践性、应用性强,在药学专业人才培养中发挥重要作用。实验教学是药剂学课程的重要组成部分,它与药物的生产实践、新药开发等具体工作联系紧密,如何将传统教学和现代化信息技术联合起来提高学生的动手操作能力,是高校教师一直探索的问题。本文试将虚拟仿真技术应用到药剂学实验教学内容中,提高学生的创新和实践能力,调动学生的积极性,探索培养符合社会需求导向的药学专业学生。With the rapid development of technology,the demand for talents in society has not only increased in quantity,but also put forward higher requirements in quality.How to cultivate pharmaceutical professionals who meet social needs in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education has posed a serious challenge to pharmaceutical teachers in universities.Pharmacy is the core and backbone course of the pharmacy major,which is a comprehensive applied technology science with strong practicality and applicability.It plays an important role in the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals.Experimental teaching is an important component of pharmacy courses,closely related to specific work such as drug production practice and new drug development.How to combine traditional teaching and modern information technology to improve students'hands-on operation ability has been a problem that university teachers have been exploring.This article attempts to apply virtual simulation technology to pharmaceutical experimental teaching content,improve students'innovation and practical abilities,mobilize students'enthusiasm,and explore the cultivation of pharmaceutical students who meet social demand orientation.
