摘 要:针对传统煤矿井下排水控制系统依赖各厂商的传统PLC硬件,控制功能的实现需要依赖特定的硬件,控制程序在各厂商传统PLC间不能互用的缺点,提出一种基于软PLC的新控制模式。新控制系统软件设计采用面向对象的思想,利用UML建模,结合CANopen、RS485、ModbusTCP工业总线,实现了井下排水系统的全总线控制。阐述了井下排水系统的控制原理,硬件实现及软件设计方法,完成了系统的设计,通过现场工业性试验证明该设计满足井下排水的生产工艺,并且具有高效灵活、扩展方便、可维护性强的优点,具有广泛的推广价值。A new control mode based on soft PLC was proposed to address the shortcomings of traditional coal mine underground drainage control systems that rely on the traditional PLC hardware of various manufacturers,and the implementation of control functions requires specific hardware.The control program cannot be used interchangeably among traditional PLC of various manufacturers.The new control system software design adopts an object-oriented approach,uses UML modeling,and combines CANopen,RS485,and ModbusTCP industrial buses to achieve full bus control of the underground drainage system.The control principle,hardware implementation,and software design method of the underground drainage system were elaborated,and the system design was completed.Through on-site industrial experiments,it was proven that the design meets the production process of underground drainage,and has the advantages of high efficiency,flexibility,easy expansion,and strong maintainability,which has broad promotion value.
