摘  要:低压配电网存在大量时空分布不平衡、特性各异的单相源荷,导致三相不平衡问题突出,且传统的三相不平衡治理仅关注变压器关口的负荷平衡,忽视了配电网主要馈线的平衡状态,配电网内部的三相不平衡治理成效不佳。为此,提出一种考虑单相源荷电量时序特征和空间分布的配电网台区相序调整方法。首先,对配电网进行治理节点区域划分得到节点网络图,并提出从台区末端节点由后往前逐级进行叠加治理的三相不平衡调整方案。接着,采用模糊C均值聚类算法(FCM)对各个节点区域进行电量时序特征提取与负荷分类,建立基于典型负荷的三相不平衡优化模型。然后,针对此优化模型仅关注三相功率大小的平衡关系,提出一种改进文化基因算法对模型求解。最后,在MATLAB中建立仿真验证模型。结果表明,所提方法有效降低了配电变压器关口和主要馈线的三相不平衡度。The low-voltage distribution network has a large number of single-phase sources and loads with unbalanced spatiotemporal distribution and different characteristics,leading to a prominent three-phase imbalance problem.Moreover,the traditional three-phase imbalance treatment only focuses on the load balance at the transformer gateway,ignoring the balance state of the main feeders of the distribution network,and the three-phase imbalance treatment in the distribution network is not effective.Therefore,a phase sequence adjustment method for the distribution station area is proposed considering the time-series characteristics and spatial distribution of electric quantity of single-phase sources and loads.First,the distribution network is divided into node regions to obtain a node network diagram,and a three-phase unbalance adjustment scheme is proposed,which is superimposed step by step from the end nodes of the station area.Secondly,the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm(FCM)is used to extract the time-series characteristics of electric quantity and load classification for each node region,and a three-phase unbalanced optimization model based on typical load is established.Then,an improved memetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model,which only focuses on the balance relationship of three-phase power.Finally,the simulation verification model is established in MATLAB.The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the three-phase unbalance of distribution transformer gateways and main feeders.
