新时代我国高校留学归国人员政治认同教育路径研究

摘　　要：本文面向全国53所高校开展问卷调查和访谈调研,分析了高校留学归国人员政治认同的现状,梳理了高校相关工作取得的成效及存在的不足,提出了以政治认同为牵引、以“行为认同”“情感认同”“价值认同”三维度为核心教育内容的新型统战工作模式,并围绕夯实组织建设、加强联络服务、推动政治参与三个方面为高校加强留学归国人员政治认同教育提供路径参考。Through questionnaire surveys and interviews in 53 universities in China,This paper analyzes the current situation of political identification of overseas returnees in college and universities,summarizes the achievements and the deficiencies of the relevant work in universities,and proposes a new model of the United Front Work which takes the education of political identification as the guide and three dimensions of “behavioral identification”,“emotional identification” and “value identification” as the core educational contents.Meanwhile,the study also provides the references methods for universities to strengthen the education of political identification of the overseas returnees from three aspects,such as strengthening the construction of organizations,enhancing the communication and services,promoting the participation of political activities.
