摘 要:近年来,高校普遍存在课时少、课程内容多的问题,且伴随着互联网的到来,线上教育如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展,互联网上储存着大量的学习资源,传统的面对面课堂教学模式已经难以满足与顺应时代的发展。以“食品包装安全”这门课程为例开展基于学习通平台的线上线下混合教学,列举了近年来关于该课程存在的问题与局限,针对教学目标与局限制定了一套涵盖“课前-课中-课后”的混合教学策略,阐述了在混合教学中贯穿翻转课堂与团队合作模式对教学的意义与优势,以期为新形势下的教学模式进行探索和尝试,进一步促进教学方式的发展。In recent years,colleges and universities generally have the problem of less class hours and more course content.With the arrival of the Internet,online education has mushroomed and flourished.The Internet stores a large number of learning resources.According to the above phenomenon,the traditional face-to-face classroom teaching mode has been tough to meet and adjust to the development of the times.There is an exigent need to develop and formulate new teaching models that can meet the needs of contemporary students.This paper will use the course“Food Packaging Safety”to carry out online and offline mixed teaching depended on the learning proscenium.Firstly,the problems and limitations of this course in recent years are listed,and a set of mixed teaching strategies covering“before class,during class and after class”is formulated according to the teaching objectives and limitations.The significance and advantage of flipped classroom and teamwork mode in mixed teaching are mentioned,in order to explore and try the teaching mode under the new situation,and further promote the development of teaching mode.
