摘  要:随着新一轮科技和产业变革的到来,亟须具有创新能力和工程能力的高素质复合型人才。文章以机械设计制造及其自动化(机制)专业为例,研究在新工科和工程教育认证背景下地方高校如何定位培养目标,分别从培养目标与学校定位的关系、专业人才培养定位的关系以及社会经济发展需要的关系确立机制专业培养目标,并形成了培养目标的合理性评价体系,从而对培养目标和课程体系进行及时修订和调整,最终培养出适应社会发展需求的高素质机械工程技术人才。With the advent of a new round of technological and industrial changes,high-quality composite talents with innovative ability and engineering ability are urgently needed.Under the background of new engineering and engineering education certification,this article takes the mechanical design manufacturing and automation major as an example to study how local universities position their training objectives under the background of new engineering and engineering education certification.The objectives of professional training are established from the relation between training objectives and school orientation,the relation between professional training orientation and the relation between social and economic development needs.At the same time,the rational evaluation system of training objectives is formed,so that the training objectives and curriculum system can be revised and adjusted in time.Finally,it will cultivate high-quality mechanical engineering and technical talents to meet the needs of social development.
